Go deeper than a yoga mat and yoga pants in this 4-week or 6-week series that breaks down the history, elements, and fundamentals of various styles of yoga. Each week will include a lesson about the 8 Limbs of Yoga, a different guided meditation, a new breathing exercise, and a series of yoga moves that builds from the week before.
In this 4-week series (online or in-person), learn about 15 different styles and practice 3 different categories of meditation. The interactive class will break down practice segments into short 5-10 minute segments to keep participants engaged.
Learn the fundamentals of the Joseph Pilates level 1-3 mat system for strengthening the core, hips, and shoulders. In this 4-week series, participants will learn body positioning, proper breathing for each move, and Pilates sequencing for core strength and improved mobility.
